Select "Play", and "Ready " in bottom left of screen changes to "Connecting to media" then back to "Ready" again. No play after many attempts and same sequence.

It seems that you must have had a temporary problem as we have not been able to replicate it since, this may have been with our media hosting company.

Next thing to try is to clear your cookies (if its not a problem to you) and then try again. What operating system and browser are you using?

It sounds like Windows Media Player hasn't realised that you're logged in, please could you try the following:
- Log out of the website, assuming its remembered you
- Close media player if its open
- Open internet explorer and log into PlanesTV
- Try watching some video

Registered but access denied
Even though I have registered, when I try to watch a video for those who are registered, all I get is a popup telling me that I need to register to watch these videos. What do I do next?
