A huge crowd puller at the 21st Sunderland International Airshow - AVRO Vulcan XH558 put on a wonderful performance over the stunning coastline at Roker and Seaburn.

Hi all,
I was at RAF Waddington in 1980 - late 83 on 50 Sqn (2 red Dingos emblem) got quite a few nice pictures of these great aircraft, there was a full magazine about the Vulcan - Aviation Classics - from WHSmiths - inside there is a picture of 2 Vulcans doing in-flight refueling one to another, my cliam to fame is I was stood inbetween the pilots seats taking a picture while it was happening. there is a film of that event someplace? as after that sortie we (the ground crew and aircrew) watched it as it was if I remember correctly the first test sortie of the Vulcan turning into an in-flight refueller aircraft role?....
Ah all these video clips bring back memories.
Remind me to check with such show organisers that there will be no superfluous music played as background to the flight display. I go to hear those four Olympus engines at full chat - not xxxxx classical music!
This is a great video. This aircraft bombs the Falklands Island on 1982 and #### with the argentineans!!! yeah!!! But I dont understand why the Real Air Force descomissioned this plane!!!! Please tell-me why this happens!!!
