I was told by PlanesTV on 18.02.10 that they expected to post them out the following week. Unsurprisingly it hasn`t happened. I emailed them again on 04.03.10 and unsurprisingly they haven`t responded. I hope that the Blu Ray, if it ever materialises, is better that their customer service...btw they were quick to take payment...

so.... try again, whats happening here. I'm starting to find this customer service a bit duff. just as well i didn't pre-order the european blu-ray!!! nice thought for christmas by giving us the dvd, but we haven't forgotten what we've actually paid for, and also where was the free months subscription, or does that apply to dvd's only and not the more expensive blu-rays?!?!?!?!

I have a collection of all the British Airshows from 1990 to 2008. The photography was excellent. I looked forward to see them on blu-ray for the 2009 airshows, which I anticipate would be more stunning. After seeing airshows on blu-rays, I have lost interest to see those on regular dvds!
