Watching the Vulcan at Kemble 2009 preview brought back memories of a Vulcan display I filmed at Staverton Airport, Gloucester, in the mid seventies. Like a giant moth flying over a postage stamp, the Vulcan held the crowd spellbound for the entirety of it's ten minute display. A display of power, grace and raw beauty. Somewhere that 8mm colour sound footage may still exist. I gave the film to a friend who worked at Staverton. Check your archives Guys.
