What not FireFox friendly? Think about using open source for your web site. Never going to install sliver light just to run a software in IE.
I will resolved issue by deleting my account.

Wow, that's quite annoying that this video won't display. All of the others operate just fine. If I try to open IE it asks me to sign in using my live ID which apparently isn't my current email. I wish admin would set the same parameters for this video that are set for the others that work properly.

Hi,
Now it's working (using IE, as you suggested). Not with Mozilla, but it's OK for me.
(I use Win XP pro., and (usually) Firefox browser (v3.01)).

Hi again Gezax,
I've just resolved this issue for another user. The problem relates to wondows media player and it not recognising that you are logged onto the site. Please could you try the following:
- Logout of the website, assuming its remembered you
- Close media player if its open
- Open internet explorer and log into PlanesTV
- Try watching some video

That's a shame I had hoped that would sort it. Can I ask what operating system and internet browser you're using?
The problem you're having is related to our Digital Rights Management system. This protects our videos from being copied. The introduction video doesn't have that protection which explains why you can watch that one and not the others.
