Wow, that's quite annoying that this video won't display. All of the others operate just fine. If I try to open IE it asks me to sign in using my live ID which apparently isn't my current email. I wish admin would set the same parameters for this video that are set for the others that work properly.

I've just resolved this issue for another user. The problem relates to wondows media player and it not recognising that you are logged onto the site. Please could you try the following:
- Logout of the website, assuming its remembered you - Close media player if its open - Open internet explorer and log into PlanesTV - Try watching some video

The problem you're having is related to our Digital Rights Management system. This protects our videos from being copied. The introduction video doesn't have that protection which explains why you can watch that one and not the others.

Hi Gezax, sorry to hear you're having problems. Have you tried updating Windows Media Player (there's a link below the video). I had a similar problem on one of our office computers and this resolved it.
Am I the only one having troubles with these? I have registered, I'm logged in, and every time I try to watch one of these free videos, a window opens saying I have to regiser and log in first to watch them (it happens in Mozilla and in IE as well).
Can anyone help me?

What not FireFox friendly? Think about using open source for your web site. Never going to install sliver light just to run a software in IE.
