All I get is the annoying message telling me I have register when I already did. I use Firefox along with every sensible person I've ever spoken to. Internet explorer spies on you and downloads endless viruses and malware. Please make this work for Firefox or at least warn people before they give away their email address that it's not going to.
...no matter what I tried after successful registration... it doesn't work - not with the latest IE and MediaPlayer and not with Firefox... very, very poor! So keep on watching your vids for yourself - cause nobody else can (thanks to DRM)! Sad greets, Chris

Hi,
We have identified two different problems a few people are experiencing:
If Windows Media Player is open and running when you log in it does not pick up your user access when you try and play a video. Make sure Windows Media Player is closed when you login.
You may not have administrative rights to install the ActiveX control used to pass on the media rights to your computer, in this case the pop-up will tell you you have received the rights but the play button will never become active. If this is the case you are probably using a work computer and need to speak to your local IT administrator.
In all cases you need to be logged in using Internet Explorer so Windows Media Player can pick up your user access level.

Hello, sorry to hear you're struggling to view videos. We do use a Digital Rights Management system to protect our content. To view our free videos you need to register which involves choosing a username and password. If you're having trouble please let me know the specifics and I should be able to help.

I've tried logging out and back in but still no joy. Shame, it would have been interesting. I'm looking for a video or DVD of the Bournemouth Air Festival with the sound of the aircraft and NOT someone else's choice of music. This seemed promising but, alas, I can't make it work. :(
I am a regular user of the internet and this website seems to have made the process of watching a video more complicated than flying the aircraft it actually shows.
I had the same problem on a WinXP Pro PC (with no administrator rights) connected to the Internet via the work server. Tried the site at home on a WinXP Home PC and it worked fine. The problem might be lack of admin rights for the install of the ActiveX control?
I hope I can sort out why the DRM system is not working for you. The system does work for the vast majority of people but without some more information about your set up I cannot help. Which version of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player are you using? Are there any other on screen messages you are reciving?

Secure Page
Hi Keith,
I have had a look at what might be causing this, I guess you have been as far as our checkout page and moved over to our secure pages.
This seems to then stop the videos downloading - the address proably starts https://www insted of http://
I will work out how to force the web site to go back to http when you look at a video after going to the checkout page.
In the meen time just take the s out of the address bar.

How crap is this website. I followed all the instructions and the play button on the licensing pop-up window never becomes active.
